Bottles, Cans, Graphic Novels, Fallout 3, and Battlefield 2

December 31, 2008 by Oh wise and poor one

Entered 9 lids (@ 500 points each) +1000 points FREE from icoke.ca in an email (A holiday gift from iCoke).

Got a measly $5.00 credit for a trade in on 2 graphic novels at my local comic book store. Still, better than nothing.

$12.05 in bottles and cans.

Still playing Fallout 3. And, I don’t think I’ve mentioned this before….

According to the stats tracker for Battlefield 2 found over on BF2S.com I’ve got the following stat…

“9.3647 cph

CPH stands for Cost Per Hour. Assuming the game cost me $50.00 to buy (it didn’t) it cost me $14.99 originally (though I’ve bought more expensive and much cheaper copies of BF2 again and again (for sale and gifting).

Anyway, the stat… it means I’m paying less than $0.10 per hour to play it. Which is awesome.

Am selling a FALLOUT 3 bottle opener that i got with my game on ebay. it’s currently @ $26.00, the game cost about $60.00 after tax.

7 x 1,000 + 4 x 500 = 9,000 iCoke points

and a couple of other hundred points or so got added on due to the
007 movie promotion.

No movie tickets are currently in the icoke store, (though it looks like they were offering nintendo ds at some point recently).

I ALSO ENTERED three 5-point lunchmte bucks (Schneider’s promo) into my LUNCHMATE CITY bank account. All this time colleting, and all i’ve got is 81 points (a playstation2 game costs 400 points). Guh!

October entries

October 14, 2008 by Oh wise and poor one

7,500 points + 700 for entering 7 = 8,200 icoke points

Bs&Cs $7.60 + $10.38 = $17.98

I also deposited some 15 or so points into the “lunchmate city” bank account. It will take about 30 more years before I’ll have enough to spend any of them though.

Bottles and cans $8.00 + $6.55 + $9.96 = $24.51

Added 10,000 points to my icoke.ca account too. Unfortunately all the good stuff is currently sold out.

Yesterday a plethora of giveaways happened at the grand opening of “suter brook” in Port Moody. With FREE hot dogs and hamburgers, free gelato and sorbet (grapefruit was yummy), plus a free bag from TD Canada trust, and free starbucks coffee.

Went to see Tropic Thunder using the movie passes from previous icoke.ca points.

Also, a toaster, one of many recovered from the garbage room is now supplying me with warm toast. This after my store bought one died.
